About Me

Bryan Delaney is an entrepreneur and philanthropist, originally from Harrisburg, North Carolina. He attended Central Cabarrus High School, and later received a degree in management information systems from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. After graduating, Bryan began his career with the Department of Defense, where he helped to develop and implement secure cloud-based systems.

In 2005, he co-founded Skookum with his college roommate, James Hartsell, to deliver transformative value to business units through the creative application of technology. Skookum was identified as one of the fastest growing companies in the area and was consistently voted as top 5 best place to work in the cities where Skookum had offices. Bryan exited Skookum in fall 2019 after it was acquired by Global Logic. Since then, he’s focused his energies on scaling the EO Accelerator program, an entrepreneurial learning program focused on accelerating business growth through coaching, accountability and experience sharing.

Outside of his professional work, Bryan is deeply committed to giving back to his community. He is particularly passionate about supporting causes related to entrepreneurship, upward mobility, and STEM education, and serves on several non-profit boards in the Charlotte area. He currently resides in Kannapolis and is a husband and father of three. Bryan is a big fan of the Carolina Panthers, Charlotte 49ers, and Charlotte Hornets.
