Tim Hagler serves as Director of Philanthropy for Pulse Renewal Project, where he leads strategic fundraising, community partnerships, public affairs, and advocacy efforts to advance a new standard of care for first responders.
With more than three decades of leadership experience across business, nonprofit, healthcare, government, and community sectors, Tim brings a proven ability to build relationships, secure meaningful investment, and guide organizations through complex public and private partnerships. His work has included leading multimillion-dollar development strategies, cultivating corporate and philanthropic support, and advocating for initiatives that strengthen communities across North Carolina.
Prior to joining Pulse Renewal Project, Tim held senior leadership roles with Camino Community Development Corporation and Charlotte Motor Speedway, where he directed development, government relations, public affairs, community engagement, and reputation-building initiatives. He also served as Mayor of Harrisburg, North Carolina, where he championed economic development, infrastructure improvements, fiscal responsibility, and regional collaboration.
A graduate of Gardner-Webb University with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Political Science, Tim has served on numerous civic, business, tourism, education, and healthcare boards. His career reflects a deep commitment to strategic leadership, community service, and connecting people and resources to missions that make a lasting impact.
