About Me
Amy received her undergraduate BSN at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2002; then returned in 2020 to complete her MSN in Nursing Education. She began her career as a Pediatric Nurse and later transitioned into the community setting as a School Nurse. Very early in her career she discovered a passion for precepting nursing students and new employees, leading her to the classroom setting.
Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities, reading, and spending time with her family.
