About Me
Ms. Reister holds an undergraduate degree in Journalism and a Master of Library and Information Sciences degree from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She worked 20 years in public libraries, specializing in youth services. Ms. Reister also has 10 years of experience as a technical writer and editor in the software industry. She joined Cabarrus College as an eResources & Serials Librarian in 2023.
Her professional interests are in equitable librarianship, research, and organization of information. She enjoys writing, jewelry making, and hanging out with her husband and cats.
