About Me

Jennifer Smith received her Bachelor of Science in Communication from Ohio University in 2012 and went on to pursue her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy degree from Indiana University in 2015.

Since then, she has been working as an occupational therapist for 7 years in acute care settings primarily specializing in adult oncology at Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center at The James Cancer Hospital. Specifically, during her time in clinical practice she gained experience with populations including neuro-oncology, bone marrow transplant as well as with general surgical and ortho-oncology services. Jennifer spent several years working as a clinical fieldwork educator as well as the OT site coordinator of clinical education.

Jennifer is originally from Columbus, Ohio and recently relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, running, taking walks with her morkie Allie and exploring new places in Charlotte.
