Records and Transcripts

Cabarrus College of Health Sciences has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering via the Web. You can order transcripts using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed.

• To order an official transcript(s), go to the National Student Clearinghouse secure website.
• The website will walk you through placing your order, including delivery options and fees. You can order as many transcripts as you like in a single session.
• Transcripts will not be processed if a financial hold has been placed on your account. Please contact the Cabarrus College Business Office at 704-403-2216 or BusinessOffice@cabarruscollege.edu.

If you attended Cabarrus College before 2005, please submit this request form to registrar@CabarrusCollege.edu.

PLEASE NOTE: Electronic transcripts will generate an e-mail to the requestor when they are ready to view. If you need a transcript reflecting final grades or degree posted on the transcript, please wait until after the semester has ended and the graduation ceremony is complete.

No. Transcripts will not be released to anyone except the owner of the record unless officially requested in writing by the student. Photo identification is required to pick up a transcript.

No. Faxed or emailed transcripts are considered copies by most college and universities. Official copies are usually mailed.

Yes. All failures, repeated courses, and withdrawals will be shown on transcripts.

No. Transcripts will show work completed at Cabarrus College only. However, if a student has transfer/transient hours from another college, those will appear on the transcript as transfer credits, but will not compute in the college GPA.

Often companies (such as insurance agencies) request proof of a student's current enrollment. A Verification of Enrollment letter is an official document of a student's current enrollment status that can be sent to these external agencies.

Yes. Verification of enrollment letters can be emailed, mailed, faxed, or picked up in the Student Support Center (Office 133). There is no charge to pick up or mail a verification of enrollment letter.
